As a professional property manager with more than 10 years’ experience, Nicky is
results-driven, with an eye for detail and a true passion for property management. She’s also genuinely caring with a great sense of humour; she loves to help people and prides herself on her strong work ethic.
Nicky consistently goes above and beyond what’s required to deliver great outcomes for our clients. She focuses on legislative compliance, problem solving and helping people while also maximising rental returns. As a homeowner and having been an investor in the past, Nicky looks after each property as if it were her own, ensuring your property is kept in optimal condition and delivering peace of mind for our clients.
In this important role, Nicky draws on her excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability when presented with the many challenges of professional property management. She enjoys being of service and enjoys building strong working relationships with our tenants and owners.
Nicky’s background includes working as a property manager for high-end properties in Brisbane City, as branch manager for a debt collection agency and in accounting and payroll. She holds a Real Estate Certificate, Diploma of Management and qualifications in bookkeeping.
When she’s not working, Nicky enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family, including her grandson and dogs, going to the beach and weekends away.
