  • Call Our Office – Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call (07) 3439 6028 to discuss the problem with our team.
  • Emergency Maintenance & After-Hours Issues – Refer to your Tenant Handbook or emergency contact list as noted in your lease agreement for suggested contact details for urgent repairs outside office hours.  Please ensure the issue qualifies as an emergency to avoid unnecessary costs that may be passed on to you. Your lease agreement and handbook provide further guidance on what constitutes an emergency.
