How It Works

Applications and Pre-Vetting

Prospective renters submit an application to be considered for both listed properties and upcoming off-market opportunities, giving them access to a wider range of options and increasing their chances of securing a suitable home faster. Our Property Management Team carefully reviews all applications, shortlisting potential tenants for further discussions and thorough screening, including checks against national databases like TIKA, to ensure suitability.

Private Viewings for Shortlisted Tenants & Scheduled Open Homes

To ensure a thorough tenant selection process, we arrange private viewings for shortlisted applicants before scheduling open homes. This allows serious renters to view properties in a more personalised setting, leading to faster approvals and reduced vacancy periods. For wider reach, we also hold scheduled open homes, providing all interested renters the opportunity to inspect the property at a set time.

Detailed Feedback and Tenant Matching

Whether through private viewings or open homes, we engage in in-depth discussions with prospective tenants about the property, their rental requirements, and history. Based on this, our Property Managers consult with the property owner to review applicants and secure approval for the most suitable tenant.
